You may find that a user in your Funnel CRM account requires the permissions that are only available to Admin Users. You can promote them only if you have all the privileges. 

For instance, if you can see User Settings, Add New Users, Add New Roles, and Edit options in your account it means you have the privilege to promote a user as an Admin User. 

Here’s how you can promote a team member to an admin user privilege:

  • Go to 'Users'. 
  • Click 'Roles'. 
  • Click 'Edit' to access 'Role Permissions'.
  • Check all the privileges in 'Role Permissions' & hit 'Update' to promote a team member to the admin user.
